RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any product ordered on the depko.art website that does not fit for any reason (style, size, color) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and not was used
To process a return, you need:
- Complete the return, which consists of the product in branded packaging.
- Send the return in a convenient way for you (possible shipping methods are listed below).
- Wait for a notification about the arrival of the return to the warehouse. Funds will be transferred within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the warehouse.

If you have decided to return or exchange - contact us in any way convenient for you, e-mail or call, and we will provide you with a refund.
When the return arrives at the warehouse of the delivery service, you will receive a message with information that the product has been accepted for return.
Please note: if the recipient's data is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the parcel to the warehouse of the delivery service.

The return of the product of proper quality is possible only if it preserves its consumer properties and appearance (absence of traces of use and wear, presence of original and intact packaging and labels);
The refund period depends on the method of return and is no more than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse.
A product with a defect / incorrect configuration (a product that you did not order or the size does not correspond to the ordered one) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging;
In the case of returning goods of inadequate quality, we bear the costs of sending the goods back to us. For this, you need to provide a receipt for the shipment.
Some categories of goods, such as underwear, swimwear, gloves, hosiery, are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 M 172.
Please note that if the goods sent by you are non-returnable, we will be forced to send them back at your expense.
