PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The goods are shipped after 100% prepayment of the order value.

Delivery across Ukraine can be made by Nova Poshta directly to your address, to a branch or a post office.

The delivery time is 1-3 days (depending on the destination), provided that the product you have chosen is in stock. Most products are made individually to order. The production period is from 3 to 8 working days.

Worldwide delivery possible: Ukoposhta.

The product is shipped daily. You can specify the specific date of receipt of your order on the Nova Poshta company website or in the application.

Delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta tariffs, payment of the delivery cost is made at the branch when receiving the goods, or you can pay for delivery in the "Nova Poshta" application and simply pick up the parcel at the branch.

Important! The product cannot be exchanged/returned.

Before shipping, all goods are checked and insured for the full value. When receiving the shipment, you must check the goods directly at the branch of the company "Nova Poshta" in the presence of an employee of the branch. If the packaging is damaged, or mechanical damage is detected on the product, you must refuse the shipment or write a claim in the department.

"Nova poshta" company compensates for damages, if they were caused due to its fault.

Free storage at the branch for 7 days. When this term expires, your shipment will be returned to the sender.
